G r o u n d w a t e r   C o n t a m i n a t i o n   L i t i g a t i o n 

     A large wood preserving plant had contaminated large amounts of groundwater and multiple aquifers from inadequate wastewater treatment and solid waste disposal practices. Numerous state and private litigation cases followed. ChemTech personnel reviewed the plant operations, designed and built numerous improvement systems, tested and obtained permits for the same. ChemTech prepared and presented expert testimony before jury trials, and numerous state hearing boards.
