     A former wood preserving plant, was the subject of soil and groundwater chemical contamination allegations. ChemTech personnel were asked to review and comment on the allegation, facilities involved in the transaction, and other physical site data. ChemTech personnel reviewed the past data relating the facility layout, operation, and duration of use. Meeting records and facility sale correspondence (external and internal) were reviewed. Expert testimony was given at depositions and trial presentations were prepared.
